Ricoh Industrie France committed to equality Women/Men

 

 

                 
 

 

5 management performance indicators must be measured as part of the Gender Equality Index for companies with more than 250 employees.

Here are RIF's results for 2023.

 

                    - The removing of the wage gap between women & men: 35/40

                    - The equal opportunity to get a raise: 20/20

                    - The equal opportunity to get access to a promotion: 15/20

                    - The upgrated wage following a return from maternity leave: no employees on maternity leave on 2023

                    - The number of women in the top ten highest earnings: 0/10

 

 

 

 

The RIF index achieved 82/100 in 2023.

 

Reminder of the 2023 RIF committments

 

Action 1: improve the balance between Women/Men in line management and specially for Section Managers, Department Managers and Excecutive board Committe

 

Action 2: Use of the annual revaluation envelope of 0.1% to reduce the differences between Women and Men in some functions

 

Action 3: Raising managers' awareness of the fight against gender discrimination

 

Action 4: Promotion of technical jobs to the femele popultion at job's forums to act on the index n°1 "Average pay gap"

 

Action 5: Global analysis over the next 3 years of all company salaries to see the coherences/inconsistencies and to identify exactely the catch-up to be made

 

 

 

Reminder of the progress objectives defined in 2023 for the coming 3 years

 

Pay gap: increase of the global score from 34 to 37 over the 3 coming years and thus get an overall gap greater than 2% and less than 3%

 

Individual increase differences: increase of the global score from 10 to 20 points and thus get a gap less than or equal to 2%

 

Number of employees underrepresented among the 10 highest remunerations: increase in the overall score from 0 to 5
